15th Birthday Cake

Hi.

My Daughter loved her cake and cookies. Her only complaint is that I should have used a different photo for the cookies. The guests really liked the cake too and thought it was homemade. Most times when I get her birthday cake, it has a store bought taste that the guests just pick at and toss in the trash. The whole cake was eaten, I just managed to save myself a piece. I appreciate that you worked with me to match the theme. I'll keep you in mind for future cakes.

Custom Designed Wedding and Anniversary Cakes

Dear Linda,
I just want to send you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed the cakes you created for us for our wedding at the Dashiell House. Not only were they beautifully decorated, but they were extremely delicious, too. Also, those chocolate covered strawberries were so charming everyone could not help noticing them.

Thank you for taking my ideas and executing them in such an artistic way and in such a short period of time. You were truly a pleasure to work with. I only wish I would have had an opportunity to get to know you better.

I thought that things would slow down after the wedding, but they sure haven't. I wanted to express to you how wonderful the cakes were. We had a little left over and we have enjoyed eating it. The cakes looked so great at the reception. Everyone oooed and ahhhhed. The wedding cake was exactly what I had imagined. It was so DELICIOUS too!!!! The flower and the decorated made it look superb. My husband couldn't not believe the groom's cake. He kept telling me, "Look at those strawberry's and that icing." It was so neat to see the big "T" on for our last name. Then it tasted just as wonderful as the white cake. Everyone stated how good the cakes were and most people either had seconds of one cake or tried them both.

With this, I created quite a unique design for her cake with a doll created to look like the birthday girl sitting on top of edible cake rocks...
